Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PaidUp's invoice management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

PaidUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes, subject to these terms. You may not:

• Modify or copy the platform materials
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Free Trial

PaidUp may offer a free trial for new users. The free trial period lasts for 7 days from account creation. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PaidUp and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PaidUp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
